Producing

Yusuf began producing his own work in 2019, with his theatre company, Pursued by a Dragon, in which he produced: Feeling Lonely at Parties, (Camden People’s Theatre, and The Space Arts Centre 2019-20), South Asian Scratch Night, (YouTube, 2020) Try Harder, (Live Streamed from The Space Arts Centre and Omnibus Theatre, 2021-22). In 2022 he began working as a producer on projects written and directed by other artists. Like his directing work, when producing he is very passionate about work that champions unheard voices, and increases accessibility in the arts, in innovative and exciting ways. He also has a very strong understanding of ACE applications, and has had many successful bids.
